Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services within our establishment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly valued, as it contributes to the quality of service we aim to deliver.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
