Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial management processes, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency and financial integrity across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering clear financial insights that foster growth and stability.

Duties

Sales invoicing and daily payments reports.
Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms to maintain precise financial records.
Conduct regular financial reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Mentor junior team members in accounting best practices.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial accounting.
Proficiency in SAGE accounting software and spreadsheets
Experience managing accounts payable processes and conducting detailed reconciliations.
Demonstrated mentoring abilities to support team development and knowledge sharing.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance and accuracy.
