Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink preparation is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.
