About the Role:
As the first face our guests and owners see, our Front Desk Receptionist plays an important part in creating the warm welcome we're known for.
No two days are ever the same. You'll be helping holiday makers begin their well-earned break, assisting caravan owners, answering enquiries, coordinating bookings, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception.
Most importantly, you'll be helping create memorable experiences for everyone who visits Searivers.

- Confident using computers and handling telephone and email enquiries.

- Calm under pressure and able to maintain a welcoming attitude, even during busy periods.
Previous customer service or reception experience is desirable, but equally important is your attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
