Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Coordinator/Admin to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service schedules and oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Your proactive approach will help us maintain our high standards of service delivery.

Duties

Answer incoming calls promptly and provide a professional first point of contact for customers.
Ensure all scheduled maintenance activities are completed and recorded each month.
Review maintenance reports and identify recommendations or follow-up actions.
Update customer and internal portals following maintenance visits.
Complete and maintain KPI reporting.
Respond to customer queries relating to maintenance in a timely and professional manner.

Skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage recurring deadlines and prioritise workload
Basic Mircosoft knowledge.
