Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing work to specifications.
- Tiling
- Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring durability and weather resistance.
- Carry out construction painting to meet project standards and client expectations.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with safety regulations.
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing.
- Operate welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal structures as required.
- Handle electrical tasks such as wiring, socket installation, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various trades.
- Undertake fabrication work involving cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, or fabrication.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
