<p><span><strong>EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to join the team in Marsden Heights Community College, Edge End Ln, Nelson BB9 0PR . This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,954.50 per annum and benefits package.</strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Shift times:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM</span></li> <li><span>Monday to Friday (subject to change): either 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>What will you deliver?</strong></span></p> <p><span>Responsible for the day to day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard.
