*Dental Receptionist Required - North Hill Layer Road, Colchester (CO2)*
*Part-Time Position - Thursdays, Fridays (8.30-5.30) & Saturdays (8.30-1.30)*

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely practice, North Hill Layer Road, located in South Colchester.

This is an opportunity to join a great practice team which is dedicated to delivering high quality dentistry to the local community. The successful candidate will receive a great deal of support and development, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be lots of progression opportunities available.

Hours:
We are looking for a candidate who is willing to commit to a part-time position, working Thursdays & Fridays 8.30-5.30, and Saturdays 8.30-1.30.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or healthcare administration role may be considered
Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
