Join Our Team as a Beauty Therapist at Elfordleigh Hotel!

Are you ready to set the standard for exceptional beauty and wellness treatments? Nestled amidst 120 acres of stunning parkland and woodland, Elfordleigh Hotel offers a serene environment, and we’re seeking a Beauty Therapist who exudes positivity has a great eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating relaxing and rejuvenating experiences.

About the Role: As our Beauty Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing a variety of beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and other spa services.
Greeting guests and members on arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Cleaning responsibilities for spa areas
Completing stock takes and replenishing products
Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone to deliver exceptional customer service.
Assisting with administrative tasks, including payment processing and treatment bookings

Requirements:

Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent with a massage qualification (Essential).
Must be available during weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis).
Flexibility in hours is important.
Prepared to cover annual leave and sickness.
A friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proficient computer literacy.
Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering fantastic service.
Has own transport due to location.
A smart appearance.
