Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior barber to join our eteam. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for popular fading and traditional barbering techniques This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and client satisfaction are paramount. The Senior <PERSON> will be responsible for delivering high-quality hairdressing services, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the barbershop . A strong command of English and excellent communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling, cutting,, and finishing services tailored to individual client needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and understanding client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest hairdressing trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referral

Experience

Proven experience as a or barber with a minimum of five years working in a professional environment.
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of current industry trends, products, and health & safety standards within a salon setting.This role offers an engaging environment for passionate hair professionals eager to advance their careers while delivering exceptional service to clients. Pay: £110.00-£120.00 per day
