Join Our Team as a Part Time Receptionist at Vermilion – The Smile Experts Kelso!

Are you looking to be part of a well-established practice with an incredible reputation? Vermilion – The Smile Experts in Kelso is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our fantastic team of highly experienced clinicians and nurses, two days per week.

About the Role: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering telephone calls and managing appointments
Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
Handling payments and issuing costs
Admin tasks relating to referrals and appointments

Qualifications

Proven office and administrative experience
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in using office software and equipment
Ability to manage phone calls and greet visitors professionally
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

2 day working week. Wednesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Competitive salary range: £22,000 - £25,000 per year, pro rata
