Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking someone who is flexible regarding shifts, which will include evenings, weekends and split shifts. Cellar experience preferred. Must be able to work unsupervised. Have a passion for customer service and work well within a small team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of the bar, ensuring smooth service during shifts in the absence of the Club Manager.
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages and ingredients in the absence of the Club Manager.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulatory requirements
Monitor cleanliness of the bar area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
Lead by example in serving customers efficiently while demonstrating excellent hospitality skills
Assist in training new team members on service procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Leadership qualities combined with a friendly, approachable demeanour
Good understanding of serving techniques and hospitality best practices
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times

Pay: £13.00 per hour
