Operations Assistant

Melksham, Wiltshire (In Person)

£22,083 - £27,050 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Operations Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Duties:

Provide administrative support to the operations team
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Supply chain management
Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries
Coordinate engineer schedules
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Assist with customer quoting

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
Proficient in computerised systems
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
3 years customer service experience (preferred)
