Full job description

We are currently looking for a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join our team.

Location: Middlesbrough
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will be responsible for producing high-quality joinery products using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools. You will work from technical drawings to manufacture bespoke and standard joinery items while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' bench joinery experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Competent in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
