Full job description

Purpose of the Role

To provide professional, high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and relaxing experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of beauty treatments such as:
Facials
Massage
Waxing and hair removal
Nail treatments (manicure/pedicure)
Eyelash/eyebrow treatments
Carry out thorough client consultations to identify needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilisation in line with health & safety regulations
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared and maintained to a professional standard
Promote and sell retail products and additional services where appropriate
Maintain accurate client records, including treatments and medical considerations
Manage appointments efficiently and support smooth daily operations
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner
Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatments, and products

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Proven experience in delivering a range of beauty treatments

Skills & Competencies

Must-have:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and high standards of work
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
