Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients across a variety of clinical settings in care homes and assisted living facilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working within a professional and supportive environment.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards
Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-treatment care
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients and their relatives
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
Core nursing duties including, wound dressings, catheterisation, meal planning in diabetes, insulins, syringe drivers etc.

Skills

Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decisions
Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Compassionate communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a caring attitude
Valid registration as a Nurse with the relevant professional body in the UK
