Landscaping Foreman

Location: Oxfordshire
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year

Key Requirements

Proven experience in hard landscaping construction
Experience with paving, decking, fencing, brickwork and driveway installations
Competent operating excavators/diggers and other plant machinery
Full UK driving licence
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise work on site
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our growing team, delivering high-end landscaping projects across Oxfordshire.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, overseeing landscaping projects while carrying out high-quality installation work. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support landscaping teams on site
Carry out all aspects of hard landscaping, including:
Paving
Decking
Fencing
Brickwork
Driveway installations
Operate excavators, diggers and other plant machinery safely
Plan daily work activities and ensure projects run to schedule
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and site organisation
Ensure tools, equipment and company vehicles are used and maintained correctly
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues

Essential Requirements

Proven hard landscaping construction experience
Experience with paving, decking, fencing, brickwork and driveways
Competent operating diggers and plant machinery
Full UK driving licence
Ability to lead projects and work independently
Reliable, organised and motivated
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
