Senior C++ Software Engineer (Image Processing)

Location: Milton Keynes, UK

We’ve assembled some of the world’s top engineers and scientists, and due to the success and growth of our product development activities, we are looking for a talented Senior C++ Software Engineer to support the development of complex tools for the calibration and measurement of AR-HUD products in both in-house and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new and enhance existing tools for calibration and measurements.
Create image processing and machine vision algorithms for system calibration.
Develop End of Line (EOL) tools in an automotive production environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or engineering discipline.
Proficiency in software development with Qt/QML/C++.
Good knowledge of multithreading and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with image processing (OpenCV) is essential.
Knowledge of computer vision (e.g., feature tracking).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and think outside the box.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable:

Experience with Python and MATLAB.
Experience working with camera systems (live image acquisition and calibration).
