Sales Negotiator – Aspire Estate Agents

Aspire Estate Agents are looking for an hard working and driven Sales Negotiator to join our extremely busy, market leading office in Benfleet, Essex. This is a high volume, fast paced environment where our current negotiators are achieving £50,000+ OTE, making this a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives under pressure and is hungry to earn.

As one of the most successful and innovative estate agents in the area, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Due to continued growth and demand, we are expanding our friendly team and are seeking someone with the ambition and mindset to progress within the company.

With uncapped commission, a company pension, and clear opportunities for career progression, this role offers both strong earning potential and long term development.

Key Responsibilities

Register applicants and professionally greet customers
Negotiate property sales to achieve the best outcomes
Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
Generate new business through proactive canvassing
Follow up leads via telephone and face-to-face

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Proactive, target-driven, and positive attitude
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Solid understanding of customer service and sales
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong telephone manner and professional presence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative problem solving ability and customer focused mindset
