Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Full-Time Pub Supervisor to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of hospitality, food safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and staff are motivated to deliver their best. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, with strong supervisory skills and a flair for creating memorable pub experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily pub operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Coordinate food production, bar service, and kitchen activities to optimize efficiency
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the pub environment
Train new staff on service protocols, safety procedures, and operational policies

Qualifications

Proven supervising or team management experience in a hospitality setting
Extensive restaurant or pub experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
Experience in food safety practices and food production processes
Background in hospitality, hotel operations, or similar customer-focused roles
Barista experience or familiarity with bar operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
