Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Operational Events Manager to lead the planned, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events within our hotel. This pivotal role combines hospitality expertise with exceptional organizational skills to deliver memorable experiences for our guests and clients. As the driving force behind event success, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring seamless service delivery while maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and guest engagement. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of hotel events, including conferences, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions from inception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and upsell additional services to enhance their experience.
Oversee event logistics such as setup, catering, audiovisual requirements, and staffing to ensure flawless execution.
Manage operational workflows efficiently by prioritizing tasks and utilizing excellent time management skills.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional guest services aligned with hospitality standards.
Maintain clear communication with all departments involved in event execution to ensure smooth coordination.
Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for fundraising or revenue growth.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and implement continuous improvements for future events.

Skills

Proven experience in hotel or restaurant operations with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, team members, and guests.
Demonstrated ability in upselling additional services or products to maximize revenue.
Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of event planning software and hotel management systems is preferred.
Experience in fundraising or community engagement initiatives is a plus.
