Full job description

The Window Doctor is a long-established window and door repair business based in Hinckley, serving customers across Leicester, Coventry, Northampton and the wider Midlands. Social media and short-form video are central to how we market our services and connect with new customers. We're also in the exciting early stages of franchising the business — and we're looking for a talented, experienced Content Creator to help bring both sides of the story to life.

The Role

You'll be out on the road with our engineers, capturing the day-to-day of real jobs in customers' homes, as well as working closely alongside our MD on content to support our growing franchise recruitment. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the full content process from start to finish.

Travelling to customer properties alongside our engineers to film short-form video content (Reels/TikTok style)
Editing footage into polished, on-brand videos ready for posting
Managing and posting content across our social media channels
Shooting high-quality before-and-after still images for use in Meta ad campaigns
Liaising with our marketing agency, supplying them with images and assets as needed
Working alongside our MD to create content that drives franchise recruitment, helping tell the story of what makes The Window Doctor a great franchise opportunity

What We're Looking For

Proven experience creating short-form video content and editing to a high standard
A strong eye for photography, particularly before-and-after style shots
Confidence filming in customers' homes — friendly, professional, and personable
Full UK driving licence (essential — you'll be travelling to sites daily)
Comfortable managing your own workload and turning content around quickly
A genuine interest in storytelling and showing off great craftsmanship
Excited by the idea of helping build a brand from the ground up, across both our core business and our growing franchise network

What We Offer

£13 per hour, depending on experience
3 days per week, with flexibility on which days
All filming and editing equipment provided
Pool car for site visits

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
