Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's team in

The Opportunity
As a Graduate SDR, you'll be at the forefront of the company's new business activity, introducing solutions to potential clients and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.
You'll learn how to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build strong professional relationships. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing the skills required to progress into more senior positions.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying New Business Opportunities
- Research and target prospective clients across a range of industries
- Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers
- Introduce the company's services and generate interest
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Engaging Decision-Makers
- Speak with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Understand business challenges and objectives
- Ask insightful questions to uncover potential needs
- Arrange meetings for senior sales colleagues
Managing Leads and Activity
- Keep CRM records up to date and accurate
- Track conversations and follow-up activity
- Maintain a consistent outreach strategy
- Support the sales team with market intelligence and prospect information
Learning and Development
- Participate in structured training programmes
- Receive one-to-one coaching from experienced sales leaders
- Develop communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Progress towards managing opportunities independently
