Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exhibition Painter to bring vibrant, professional finishes to a variety of display environments. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming exhibition spaces through precise painting techniques, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal. Your craftsmanship will help create engaging visual experiences that captivate visitors and elevate the overall presentation of exhibits. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paint, stains, and finishes with precision using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve desired visual effects.
Follow detailed project plans and specifications to ensure accurate color matching and design consistency.
Collaborate with project managers and exhibit designers to understand specific painting requirements and deadlines.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly throughout each project.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure smooth finishes and adherence to safety standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients about project progress, challenges, or adjustments needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting or decorative finishing, preferably within exhibition or display environments.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety procedures.
Valid driving license with reliable transportation for travel between project sites.
Excellent communication skills in English to understand instructions clearly and collaborate effectively.
Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications related to painting projects.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting materials, and working in various environmental conditions.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
