Tyre Fitter – Full-Time Position

We are a fast-growing independent garage looking for an experienced and reliable Tyre Fitter to join our busy team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing business with long-term opportunities. We also welcome applications from candidates who are looking to relocate.

Position: Tyre Fitter
Salary: £30,000 per year
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Location: Independent garage / fast-fit workshop environment

Key Responsibilities:

Fitting, balancing, repairing and replacing tyres independently
Carrying out tyre inspections and advising on tyre condition
Safely removing and refitting wheels
Checking tyre pressures and tread depths
Maintaining vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition
Driving customer and company vehicles when required
Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised
Providing excellent customer service
Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence required
Must be able to change tyres independently
Previous tyre fitting or fast-fit experience preferred
Confident driving different vehicles
Reliable, hard-working and punctual
Good communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
