Tyre Fitter – Full-Time Position
We are a fast-growing independent garage looking for an experienced and reliable Tyre Fitter to join our busy team.

Position: Tyre Fitter
Salary: £30,000 per year
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Location: Independent garage / fast-fit workshop environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitting, balancing, repairing and replacing tyres independently
- Carrying out tyre inspections and advising on tyre condition
- Safely removing and refitting wheels
- Checking tyre pressures and tread depths
- Maintaining vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition
- Driving customer and company vehicles when required
- Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must be able to change tyres independently
- Previous tyre fitting or fast-fit experience preferred
- Confident driving different vehicles
- Reliable, hard-working and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
