4.5 day working week (paid for 5), monthly bonuses, fuel card, quarterly days out, competitions, - these are just some of the perks we offer.

The Leicester Landscaping Company Ltd is a local business, covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland creating garden transformation’s for our domestic clients.

This is not an easy role. This role consists of working within a team of 3 to landscape high end domestic gardens all year round.

Are you the amazing landscaper we’ve been looking for?

The applicant who gets this role will hold a high level of importance in our organisation.

This is a progressive role within the company for the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities:

Lay sandstone and porcelain paving to a high standard
Competent at woodwork (pergola’s, sleeper walls etc)
Planting and turfing
All round proficient landscaper

Your pay will be made up of the following:

· Salary (depending on experience up to £30,000)

· Time and half overtime (average team member earns around £6,000 pear year/ £500 per month)

· Monthly bonuses (average team member earns around £1,000 pear year/just under £100 per month)

You will need to have these skills:

· Hardworking

· Reliable and trustworthy

· Ability to efficiently within a team

· Ability to run a project with little guidance (when needed)

· Motivated

· Adaptable to change

· And… excellent customer service skills
