Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our organisation’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns for influencers, OF models & businesses. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about social media.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all relevant social media channels.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise engagement.
Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and public relations to keep content fresh and relevant.
Organise online campaigns, competitions, and collaborations to increase brand awareness.
Handle crisis communication effectively by addressing any negative feedback or issues professionally.
Must be confident in content creation for regular content shoots
Ability to edit videos is a bonus

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management is not essential, but a bonus. If you do not have experience, please send over a creative portfolio.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights from analytics reports.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative content ideas.
Organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
A recognised qualification in marketing, communications, or related fields is desirable but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment where creativity and strategic thinking are valued highly.
