Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Operations Co-ordinator to join our small friendly team! In this vital role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our customer service operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of customer inquiries across multiple channels. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help foster positive relationships and contribute to the overall excellence of our customer experience. Duties

Manage incoming customer communications via phone and email
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records, order statuses, and service requests swiftly and precisely
Maintain excellent phone etiquette during all interactions, demonstrating clarity, patience, and active listening skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly while keeping customers informed at every step

Experience

Proven experience in customer service or operations coordination within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated data entry accuracy and attention to detail in managing customer information
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills that foster trust and rapport with customers
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
