You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Castlereagh.
This community pharmacy is commutable from Belfast and is located in the local community. It has a great relationship with the GP surgery.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 2000 items a week.

It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, WMS, Flu/Covid & private vaccines.

It provides services to substance misuse patients and care homes.

It dispenses 120 community blisters.
This pharmacy is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm Sunday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two technicians, one pharmacy assistant, one healthcare assistant and two full time students.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
