Location - We have clients available in the following areas of the North East - TS12, TS5

Pay and Hours:

Pay: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Shift pattern :Night and Day shifts available

Expected Hours: 24 –48 hours per week shifts can vary from 6-12 hours

Scheduling: Flexibility to work alternative weekends is required

Responsibilities

Building relationships with your clients and their families
Delivering wonderful, personalized care tailored to your clients unique needs
Bringing warmth, companionship, and a listening ear whenever it's needed
Helping with community involvement and social activities
Helping your client with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
Preparing lovely meals and keeping things tidy and comfortable
Making each and every visit with your client feel truly special

Requirements

Reliable, responsible, and at least 18 years old
Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship. **We are unable to take candidates that will require sponsorship in the future**
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
Basic IT skills for documentation and updating electronic records
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
You must hold an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.
