Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café, serving great coffee, and providing excellent customer service. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and café area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Help serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Support the team in restocking supplies and maintaining an organised workspace.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a café or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to helping others within the team and providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
