Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will lead innovative interior projects from conceptualization through execution, transforming spaces into inspiring environments that reflect clients’ visions and functional needs. Your expertise will drive creative design solutions, manage project timelines, and collaborate seamlessly with clients, contractors, and vendors. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent in a fast-paced, creative setting where your ideas truly make an impact.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client goals, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and visual presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the design process.
Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to ensure cohesive and innovative interiors.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors during construction to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and budgets to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Experience

Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful residential or commercial projects.
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max (3ds <PERSON>), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Solid understanding of project management principles to coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Hands-on construction experience is highly desirable for seamless collaboration during implementation phases.
Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
