Full job description

Here at Grencar Ltd we are looking for a reliable, efficient and organised candidate who takes pride in what they do, seeks to work to a high standard and is looking for a long-term rewarding career. Ideally, you will have a “can do” attitude, good initiative and be able to receive instruction. You should have a working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel ,) have a good telephone manner and have good organisational skills. You should be able to work well on your own, have good attention to detail and to be discrete with the ability to handle highly confidential information.

We are a Civil Enforcement and Collection Service Provider based in Dorking Town Centre providing services to Local Authorities and Commercial Landlords. We are a small busy thriving business excelling within our field, and have over 36 years of experience providing professional services to Local Authorities within the sector.

This full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 to 16:30) role entails:

Updating / managing the database system
Respond to emails
Answering phones
Record keeping to be ISO compliant
Accurately taking and communicating client instructions.
Managing stationery supplies
Daily banking
Diary Management
General office tasks

Full training will be given to the successful candidate and they will get a salary between £26,500 - £28,500 per annum + quarterly bonus (task linked), ongoing training, and additional benefits.
