Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and talented Nail Technician to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. Your expertise in nail artistry, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity and build lasting relationships with clients in a lively, supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure guest safety
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or enhancements
Manage appointment schedules efficiently using front desk systems and handle walk-in guests promptly
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
Assist with social media management by showcasing your work through photos and engaging content to attract new clients
Support guest services by addressing client inquiries, offering hospitality, and ensuring a memorable visit

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a busy salon or spa environment
Skilled in various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and extensions such as eyelash extensions if applicable
Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory of supplies
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Experience with social media management to promote services and grow clientele
Additional skills such as makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering, or other beauty treatments are a plus but not required
