Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Support Coordinator to join our team.This Depot based on site role will provide administrative and business support to Smurfit Westrock Recovered Fiber Nottingham depot, reporting into the Assistant Depot Manager.

Duties to include depot analysis and KPI reports, general administrational duties including data entry, handling enquiries and query resolution.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirement to be on site in Nottingham Recovered Fiber Depot daily, providing administration and business support to management team
Work closely with depot and head office teams
Run daily/weekly reports as required
Data from moisture testing is accurately recorded
Input depot KPIs in a timely manner
To receive and administer customer and supplier enquiries
Coordinate commercial enquiries and any associated tasks
Amend purchase / sales contracts / orders and task sites on the system
To co-ordinate collection requests and liaise with all relevant parties to plan transport
Administer variances (material grades, prices, self-weigh terminal, manual tickets, material breakdowns, etc)
Answer depot phone, ensuring all phone calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner
To assist with all local filling so it is accurately completed
Assist with depot month end reporting

Person Specification

Promote a positive health and safety culture
Demonstrate good working of knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft package
Experience with Navision and SAP is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, proactive approach
Experience in fast paced operational environment
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Willingness to challenge processes and offer new idea's
