Front of House and Patient Care Coordinator

Full Time | Permanent

Salary: £28,600–£30,160 per annum (£13.75–£14.50 per hour), depending on experience

We're looking for an outstanding Dental Receptionist / Front of House to become the welcoming face of our practice and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.

This is not a traditional reception role.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and wants to become an integral part of a friendly, ambitious and growing private practice.

The Role

As the first person many of our patients meet, you'll play a vital role in shaping their experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
Managing appointments and helping to optimise clinicians' diaries.
Handling telephone and email enquiries.
Supporting recalls and treatment follow-up.
Processing payments.
Supporting Denplan administration.
Helping maximise diary utilisation.
Assisting with patient feedback and Google reviews.
Working closely with our clinicians and wider team.
Looking for opportunities to continually improve systems and the patient experience.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:
