UBX Sheffield – Fitness Coach

Part-Time Fitness Coach – Join the UBX Sheffield Team

Are you passionate about fitness, coaching, and helping people achieve results?

UBX Sheffield is looking for an energetic, motivating, and knowledgeable Fitness Coach to join our growing team. If you love creating a positive training environment, coaching members of all abilities, and bringing energy to every session, we'd love to hear from you.

About UBX

UBX is a unique group training concept that combines boxing and strength training across a 12-round workout. With no class times and world-class programming, we help members improve their fitness, lose body fat, build strength, and develop confidence in a supportive community environment.

The Role

As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for:

Coaching members through boxing and strength-based workouts
Delivering high-quality coaching and technical support across all training stations
Motivating members to achieve their fitness goals
Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive training environment
Building strong relationships with members and contributing to retention initiatives
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the gym
Supporting gym operations and member engagement activities

Essential Requirements

Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
Experience coaching fitness, boxing, strength training, or group exercise
Good understanding of resistance training principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
Weekend morning availability (essential)
Flexibility to cover weekday shifts when required

Preferred Requirements

Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
Experience with boxing coaching or pad work
Strength and conditioning experience
Sales, customer service, or member engagement experience
