Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, assisting with medication administration, and providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities

Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and legal requirements
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
Provide guidance to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions
Support medication administration processes within clinical settings, ensuring compliance with protocols
Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and patient interactions
Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to health and safety standards at all times
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management
Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and expiry date checks

Requirements

Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or dispenser is essential
