Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts, Data Entry & General Administration Assistant to join our team.

This is a part-time, on-site role, working 2–3 days per week from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work while contributing to a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
General office administration and filing
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Scheduling appointments and providing administrative support
Assisting with other office duties as required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in accounts, administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Applicants with previous accounts and administration experience will be highly regarded. We also welcome applications from motivated trainees who are eager to learn, as full training can be provided to the right candidate.
