Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly desirable. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional and friendly working environment.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable
Hoover carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and remove rubbish
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organised manner
Assist with laundry duties as required
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously

Experience

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, health & safety regulations, and the use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards

Please note weekend availability is essential.
