Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working within a professional and supportive environment.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations with professionalism and composure
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment
Assist in the organisation of clinical supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operational flow

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body
Proven experience in patient care within a Nursing Home setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Competence in medication administration, including understanding dosage calculations and potential side effects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide empathetic patient support
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently
