About the role

As a Customer Service Officer within the Social Security Division, you'll play a vital role in helping people access the benefits and support they need. From assessing claims and processing payments to providing guidance and assistance to customers, you'll play an important role in ensuring people receive the support they're entitled to, while handling every case with care and accuracy.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll manage a varied workload, liaise with members of the public and partner organisations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services. If you're organised, customer-focused and confident working with detailed information, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding public service role.
