Full job description

RVW Pugh Ltd is looking for a marketing assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working for local agricultural dealer. Working in a small team, you will assist the Marketing & Communications Executive in all aspects of marketing.

Main responsibilities include:

Assisting in planning, writing and managing email marketing
Produce reports from the company’s CRM system to ensure customers are appropriately targeted
Assisting with gathering customer stories and other press worthy stories
Assist with internal communications
Updating the website with new stock and removing sold stock
Compiling used machinery lists each month to highlight what stock is for sale
Helping with the ideas and information for the newsletter
Creating information on a monthly basis for the sales team, and our customers
Attend career fairs at local Agricultural colleges to discuss careers in Agricultural Machinery
Attend shows with the sales team as a host, providing refreshments and ‘meet and greet’ potential customers
Create marketing material for shows – posters, flyers, spec sheets etc…
Assist with Social Media planning and content

Skills

The ability to use Adobe design software such as indesign and photoshop is desirable. In-house training can be given
Good telephone manner and overall communication skills
Being able to discuss and communicate with the sales team for show information and campaign ideas
Driving licence is essential due to location
