Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at The Star Hotel in Town Center. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing exceptional service to our guests, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome
Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable
Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Assist with any additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications * Proven office and administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality setting

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Workspace is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
