The Role

Working alongside our experienced Corporate Legal Advisors, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters. You’ll gain exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical and commercial knowledge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting Legal Advisors on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, investments and business restructuring matters
Preparing, reviewing and amending corporate documentation
Supporting with due diligence exercises
Drafting board minutes, resolutions and Companies House filings
Undertaking legal research and preparing client-facing documents
Liaising with clients, third parties and regulatory bodies
Assisting with matter management, billing and administrative processes
Supporting business development activities and client relationship initiatives

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to build a career in corporate law.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
Strong drafting and legal research skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
A genuine interest in corporate and commercial law

Experience within a Corporate team would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
