Job Opportunity: Civils Foreman

We offer an exciting opportunity to join our long-established employee-owned company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site teams and subcontractors.
Maintain health & safety, quality and environmental standards.
Deliver daily briefings and complete permits.
Liaise effectively with the Site Manager, Supervisor and Clients, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, plant usage, deliveries, and progress reports.
Mentor and support site operatives, promoting a positive team culture and high standards of performance.

What we are looking for:

Experience in public realm works.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods, including drainage, earthworks, concrete works, highways, and infrastructure.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication skills.
SMSTS/SSSTS – desirable.
NRSWA – desirable.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.

Benefits:

Full time position, Monday to Friday (0700 -1630) + Overtime Opportunity.
