We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our operational business functions—including finance, human resources, premises, catering, IT and our fantastic on-site Longhill Sports Centre. The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive, practical leader who holds a qualification in School Business Management (at least CSBM/Level 4 or equivalent) and possesses solid experience in financial tracking and operational management. You must have superb interpersonal skills, a calm and measured approach under pressure, and the ability to confidently manage our brilliant administration, catering, premises, IT and sports centre teams.
