About Us

The Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Housekeeper to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our care home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, helping to create a safe and pleasant atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily cleaning duties in residents’ rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and offices.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control in line with care home policies.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of clothes/linen.
Ensure cleaning products and equipment are used safely and appropriately.
Work as part of a supportive team, respecting residents’ dignity and privacy at all times.

About You

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (ideally in a care setting, but not essential).
An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
Understanding of infection control and health & safety (training provided).
Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy environment.
