What you’ll be doing

Key responsibilities

Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools

Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance

Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety

Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
-
Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.

Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)-
Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
-
Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
-
A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
It would be great if you also have-
Experience in enhanced services

A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Pharmacist – Perth
Part-time – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & alternate Saturdays
We're looking for a patient-focused Pharmacist to join our busy, community pharmacy in the heart of Perth.
You'll be supported by an experienced Store Manager and a knowledgeable team while delivering a range of NHS services and supporting our established care home service.
Applications are welcome from Pharmacists with or without an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification.
Looking for full-time hours? We can accommodate additional hours at a nearby Boots store.
